Justin has unmatched investor relations experience spanning over 15 years across private equity, shareholder advisory, investor relations, investment banking, and funds management. Justin was Senior Investment Director at Tycoon Capital, Senior Director at Morrow Sodali, where he led the Client Service team while it was the #1 ranked proxy solicitation firm in the APAC region, and Executive Director at leading investor relations firm Market Eye (acquired by Automic Group).

At PGS Advisers, notable transactions Justin has advised include MIXI's off-market takeover bid for PointsBet, Global Uranium & Enrichment's acquisition by Snow Lake, Australian Strategic Materials' acquisition by Energy Fuels, and ClearView Wealth's acquisition by Zurich.

Prior to joining PGS, Justin advised Seven Group's takeover of Boral, Newmark Property REIT's takeover by BWP Trust, and Pendal's acquisition by Perpetual, to name a few.

Earlier in his career, Justin worked in investment banking at Rothschild and funds management at Colonial First State. Justin is a CFA Charterholder and has deep relationships with a wide range of domestic and global investors.
